Access to the proper tools is required! Before signing up, understand that you must belong to a well-equipped commercial gym or have a decent equipped home gym setup. For most coaching packages, coach Leslie generally likes the client to have access to at least the following:
Full range of dumbbells (women: 8 up to 40-60 lbs)
Adjustable bench
Barbells, plates, and rack
TRX strap or equivalent
More is better
CORE RESTORE
You may be here or this program was recommended to you b/c you may have a weak core. Maybe you're jumping back into exercise after healing an injury, or maybe your baby isn't really a baby anymore; and you're just getting into exercise or maybe this is just where you want to start in your exercise journey!

3O DAY CORE PROGRAM
While this is a workout for your entire body, there is a HUGE focus on the core.
That said if you have an abdominal separation or maybe pains in your back this program may not be the best core program to begin with. Check out the 30 Day Core Restore program available. There will be a basic, moderate, and advanced level.
Light and heavy weight recommended.

FIT MOM PROGRAM
This program is designed and tailored to you during your pregnancy. Whether you were fit before or not, each workout 1) has options for every level, 2) designed as a safe and effective way for you to get a workout in while protecting your body and baby. *Always consult with your dr. Before starting any kind of exercise program*
If you were active before your pregnancy, advanced options are available.
This program gives you 46 weeks worth of workouts throughout your pregnancy journey, as well as up to 12 weeks following to help guide you in your postpartum journey!
